Vintage eligible 1986 Swift DB-1 Formula Ford. Ready to race having just completed the FF 50th anniversary weekend at Road America this past September. Car can be raced as SCCA FF class car or in vintage with treaded tires.

-Suspension copmonents: uprights front and rear, rocker arms complete with bearings, wishbones, links, rod ends, axles etc. enough to almost replace three corners.
-Engine parts: includes carburetor, jets, fuel pump, starter motor, distributor, plug wires, ignition parts
-Other parts: master cylinders, axles, spare radiator, sway bars, double adjustable Fox shock piston with o rings, brake rotor & pads,plus hydraulic fittings collected in the past 30 some years and a set of custom aluminum alignment jigs.
-Gearsets: Gearsets to run BIR, Road America and Blackhawk plus misc. others included.
-Wheels: There are three sets of American Racing aluminum wheels as run on the Runoffs winning original DB-1.
Car history includes a June Sprints win and CenDiv National Championship as driven by Jim Render, plus more BIR wins and LOL FF Regional Championships and CenDiv Regional top finishes. Original Andresen Kent engine has been upgraded with scat crank, forged pistons and Fubar rings, bearings and valve job on great Quicksilver head over recent seasons. Includes setup and results data from 1987 on.

Built about 8 years ago to run SCCA but now running vintage; Jeff Winter built car and 1800 cc motor. 280ZX 5 speed; race ready with fresh paint and motor; coil over front suspension; 4 wheel disc brakes; started with rust free tub when built; fiberglass hood, trunk, front fenders and rear fender flares; clean car. $30k.
Transverse mid-mount Yamaha 700cc Viper 140hp engine (fresh) driving through sled VRT clutches. Also zero time on my fresh Ian Tomassi SRX 780cc 180hp engine. Chassis stretched 96 inches for better handling on road course, and widened 13 inches to accommodate engine in backseat. Handles like a GoKart! One hour testing on this all-new car.
Inboard coils and shocks all 4 corners. Rear suspension and aluminum uprights from LeGrand Formula Ford. Spool hub in the center drives special VW dune buggy 42 degree CV joints and VW halfshafts. Front aluminum uprights from mini-sprints. Wilwood four piston calipers clamp Wilwood 10-inch scalloped discs. Wilwood dual master cylinders. Fuel cell. Two Kirky aluminum seats with belts. Tonnes of spare everythings. Dual axle trailer with brakes on all four. Everything powdercoated, even the trailer.
